Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking
Dean Indot is senior vice president, commercial banking, for Torrey Pines Bank. Based in Beverly Hills, Mr. Indot services clients throughout Southern California. He holds expertise in C&I financing, SBA financing and financial statement and cash flow analysis.
Mr. Indot develops funding solutions for commercial real estate investors and projects, including construction, owner-occupied, short-term bridge/turnaround loans, and more. Through his commercial and industrial lending practice, he provides revolving lines of credit and non-real estate secured term debt. With a background in Finance, he also has strong experience in C&I lending, primarily in revolving lines of credit and non-real estate secured term debt. He joined Torrey Pines Bank in 2013 and has more than 15 years of banking industry experience.
Mr. Indot is a board member for Brightstar Education Group, a charter school organization.
He earned a Bachelor in Business Administration degree from California State University, Fullerton, followed by a Master in Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University. He also graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
