Colleen Cawley is Vice President, Business Development Officer Western Alliance Bank’s Correspondent Mortgage Solutions team, part of the Specialized Mortgage Services Group. Her role with the group includes nurturing existing client relationships and serving new opportunities with mortgage bankers and financial institutions on the East Coast and in the Midwest by identifying client needs relative to Jumbo and NonQM originators. Colleen is skilled at growing relationships with clients through a hands-on, consultative approach and is highly accessible to her clients.
Ms. Cawley has more than 35 years of experience in varying capacities in product management, credit policy, sales and management. Prior to joining Western Alliance, Colleen held various management positions with several mortgage conduits and mortgage investors, including AIG and Wells Fargo. She was also the Regional Managing Director with National MI.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth, and a Masters of Business Administration from Bryant University.
