Alex Tsarnas is senior managing director of Bridge Bank’s Business Escrow Services group. In this role, he oversees the bank’s comprehensive suite of specialized business escrow solutions, which include paying agent services for mergers and acquisitions, private placement, initial offerings and subscription deposits, project finance escrow and more.
Based in New Jersey, Mr. Tsarnas is a seasoned banking industry executive who works with business clients throughout the United States. He joined Bridge Bank in 2020 with nearly 30 years of national and international financial services experience, including senior leadership roles with a number of prominent institutions.
