Role and Experience:
Ralph is managing director of the Real Estate Lending Division at Bridge Bank where he oversees residential and commercial construction financing, land acquisition, permanent loans for owner-occupied and investment commercial real estate lending. Ralph started his banking career in 1989 at Cupertino National Bank and joined Bridge Bank in 2002.

Community Involvement:
Ralph was recognized as the Financial Services Advocate of the Year by the Small Business Administration – SF District Office for his role as President of the Bay Area Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders. He is also former president of the banking organization RMA/Silicon Valley.

Outside Activities:
Outside of work Ralph enjoys scuba diving in Monterey Bay, camping and hiking, fishing, and riding his motorcycle.

Education:
Ralph holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance & Management from San Jose State University.
