Michael Pizzi is managing director of commercial banking at Bank of Nevada.
Mr. Pizzi leads a team of 17 bankers ready to meet the goals of business owners seeking to purchase real estate, equipment and other assets, or to acquire lines of credit.
During his 25 years in the industry, Michael has managed banking teams across emerging business, business banking and relationship management departments. In his previous position, he led multiple teams of bankers along the West Coast, from Seattle to San Diego, focusing on expanding business among medium-sized companies.
Michael was born and raised in Las Vegas. He graduated cum laude from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing.
As the son of a now retired public school teacher, education has always been important for Michael. He served three terms on the Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada board of directors and continues to support the organization as a committee member. He also volunteers as a coach for his children's sports teams.
