Dennis J. Balletto
Senior Director Mid-Market Commercial Real Estate
Dennis J. Balletto is senior director, mid-market commercial real estate, for Bank of Nevada. Based in Southern Nevada, he focuses on complex transactions involving local, regional and national commercial real estate developers, investors, homebuilders and REITs with land, acquisition, construction, bridge, mini-perm and permanent financing. He has over 15 years of banking industry experience and recently held an executive level position with a national self-storage operator where he focused on strategic acquisitions and financing of institutional quality storage assets across the U.S. Mr. Balletto currently is the Team Leader for the Nevada commercial real estate lending team.
Mr. Balletto was honored with an Emerging Star Team Development Award from NAIOP and is part of several real estate industry organizations, including NAIOP, CCIM and SIOR. He holds mentorship roles with the Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and previously held leadership positions within the organization. He also served as a board member of JDRF Southern Nevada, which supports research to fight type 1 diabetes.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
