Ernest Oon is division chief credit officer for Bank of Nevada. In this position, Mr. Oon is responsible for evaluation of the bank’s asset quality and loan growth, as well as balancing risk analyses and risk management with structured financial products. Oon joined Bank of Nevada in 2019 and has worked in the banking industry for 30 years.

Oon holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration Finance degree from California State University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He also sits on the board of directors of the Las Vegas Business Academy.

In his free time, Oon enjoys playing competitive tennis, and he is also an elite professional with the United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA).
