At Alliance Association Bank, we offer homeowners a wide range of options for making Homeowners Association (HOA), Common Interest Development (CID) or Planned Unit Development (PUD) assessment payments.
Accuracy, Speed and Convenience
We understand the importance of processing payments—quickly and precisely. That’s why we offer your homeowners so many HOA, CID or PUD assessment payment services, which include:
- Online credit card payments
- Online eCheck payments
- Setting up recurring direct debits (Automated Clearing House [ACH])
- Mailing payments directly to our state-of-the-art Lockbox processing center*
eCheck
From our secure website, homeowners can pay their HOA, CID or PUD assessments with just a few clicks. Payments made by eCheck may take up to four days to process.
Credit Card
Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover Card® are all accepted for HOA, CID or PUD assessments, with minimal fees. Payments made by credit card may take up to five days to process.
Direct Debit
Homeowners can have their HOA, CID or PUD assessment payment automatically taken out of the account they choose each month. This option removes the management company from ACH transactions, and reduces the higher fraud risk associated with other payment methods.
Mail to Lockbox
Checks for HOA, CID or PUD assessment fees can be mailed to our Lockbox processing center, where they’ll be quickly and accurately deposited to the correct account.
* Funds deposited through the Lockbox will follow Western Alliance Bank’s funds availability policy as outlined in the community association’s Deposit Account Agreement Disclosure.
