Judy Nordstrom is senior vice president of homeowner association (HOA) banking for Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. 

Ms. Nordstrom brings considerable knowledge of community management to her position at Alliance Association Bank, including experience managing nine master-planned communities in the South Puget Sound.

Ms. Nordstrom’s previously held positions include director of builder services and customer service, community manager, and regional director for large-scale communities. Those positions and experiences allow Ms. Nordstrom to provide critical insight for her community management companies and homeowner association clients.   

Ms. Nordstrom also has extensive experience in the negotiation and resolution of warranty matters affecting single-family, townhome, and mid/high rise residential communities.

In 2008, Ms. Nordstrom completed the Construction Management Program at the University of Washington. She is a member of the Washington and Oregon Chapters of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the Oregon Washington Community Association Managers (OWCAM). 

Ms. Nordstrom has also supported several charitable foundations, serving in several different capacities.
