Gilbert Quinones serves as vice president of HOA lending for the West region of Alliance Association Bank. Mr. Quinones provides over ten years of finance experience and more than six years of experience sourcing, structuring and closing homeowners association loans. He adds value to his clients with his holistic understanding of the lending process - from identifying a need, underwriting, loan documentation and servicing. 

Before his role at Alliance Association Bank, Mr. Quinones worked as a full-service commercial banker structuring HOA, C&I, and CRE transactions. Mr. Quinones funded over $100 Million in new loan commitments and sourced over $40 Million in depository relationships. 

Mr. Quinones graduated from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Mr. Quinones is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), California Association of Community Managers (CACM), National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and Association of Corporate Growth (ACG). 

Currently, Mr. Quinones is a member of the Junior Achievement Orange County Young Professionals Board and volunteers with Kidworks Santa Ana.
