Carolyn Moscoso is vice president of homeowner association (HOA) banking for Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama & Mississippi markets and supports efforts that grow existing Alliance Association Bank client relationships.

Ms. Moscoso brings an extensive background in operations and business development and is uniquely experienced at helping both work effectively together.

For 13 years, Ms. Moscoso was operations manager for the Charleston division of United Parcel Service (UPS), guiding the division through compliance regulations, maintaining existing customers, and supporting account executives in new business opportunities. 

Ms. Moscoso is a board member of the South Carolina Chapter of the Community Associations Institute. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science from the University of Miami.
