PCAM, Vice President
Beth Brittingham serves as vice president of homeowner association banking of the Maryland, Virginia and District of Columbia regions for Alliance Association Bank where she will serve new and existing clients with industry-specific banking products and technology.
Ms. Brittingham has over 30 years of experience in the community association management industry, having achieved her Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from Community Association Institute. She has a wide range of management experience, including managing condominiums and homeowners' associations. Her professional experience includes serving as the division director for the Maryland division of Associa, and most recently, serving as the director of HOA management for the Mid-Atlantic region of a large, national builder.
Beth has an adult son and daughter, as well as three grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys sewing, reading and traveling.
