Rachelle Crupi is Chief Banking Operations Officer of Western Alliance Bank. Ms. Crupi, who has worked in the banking industry for more than 35 years, joined Bank of Nevada as Executive Vice President in 2003 and was promoted to President in 2017.
Ms. Crupi is actively involved in supporting arts and education, and currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the Board for the Las Vegas Philharmonic Orchestra. A primary focus with the Philharmonic has been the expansion of youth outreach programs, providing free symphony concert field-trips for hundreds of thousands of children over the past two decades.
Her affiliations include membership in the United Way of Southern Nevada’s Tocqueville Society and Women’s Leadership Council, as well as the Nevada International Women’s Forum. Previously, Ms. Crupi was a board member of Nevada Bankers Association and Nevada State Development Corporation and Board President of Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, Southern Nevada Affiliate.
A Las Vegas native, Ms. Crupi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Her post-graduate work includes completion of a three-year executive-level program at the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
