Rachelle Crupi is Chief Banking Operations Officer of Western Alliance Bank. Ms. Crupi, who has more than 30 years of experience in the Nevada banking industry, joined Bank of Nevada as Executive Vice President and Regional President in 2003 and was promoted to President in 2017.

Ms. Crupi is actively involved in the community, and currently is a board member of the Las Vegas Philharmonic Orchestra.

Her affiliations include membership in the United Way of Southern Nevada’s Tocqueville Society and Women’s Leadership Council, as well as the Nevada International Women’s Forum. Previously, Ms. Crupi was a board member of Nevada Bankers Association and Nevada State Development Corporation and a Board President of Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, Southern Nevada Affiliate.

A Las Vegas native, Ms. Crupi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Her post-graduate work includes completion of a three-year program at the Pacific Coast Banking School.
