Patricia A. Taylor is Executive Vice President and Operations Risk Officer for Western Alliance Bank. She previously served as Senior Vice President and Compliance Officer for PacWest Bancorp from April 2004 to June 2010. From 1994 to 2004, Ms. Taylor worked as a Director of Internal Audit Outsourcing for KPMG, where she was responsible for the ongoing management and supervision of outsourced internal audit and SOX engagements for multiple financial services clients. Ms. Taylor also spent 10 years as a National Bank Examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and has more than 30 years of financial services industry experience.
