Michael David is regional president at Bridge Bank, where he leads the Equity Fund Resources group, which provides venture capital call lines of credit, management company loans, general partner loans, and other related loan and treasury management products to clients across the U.S. Based in Menlo Park, CA, he joined Western Alliance’s Bridge Bank in 2015 and has more than 20 years of financing experience in Silicon Valley and other innovation centers.

Mr. David is a member of the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA), and is a western region committee member for the Small Business Investors Alliance (SBIA). In addition to his work in banking, he previously developed two companies – ORIX Ventures and Fifth Street Technology Partners – focused on the venture funding needs of technology clients.

Active in the community, Mr. David serves as executive committee member for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Silicon Valley and Monterey, and is a committee chair for The Guardsmen, which funds scholarships and other programs for at-risk youth. He is the former co-president of the Menlo-Atherton High School Foundation for the Future.

Mr. David graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Marketing, and completed an International Business studies certificate from Stichting Nijenrode Universiteit in the Netherlands.
